In 2022 I experienced a water tasting with some colleagues for the very first time.  One of my fellow participants said: 

water tastes like water, doesn't it?

Like you are probably doing now, everyone in the room was thinking the same: 

of course all water tastes the same; water's just water 

After trying six different mineral waters, I soon realised that

water is not just water and not all water tastes the same!
